Webspace restructure

This week, after a 10 days vacation, I was quite busy for removing all the files that our department is responsible for. We have about 350 pages, which did not cost too much time to do that; however, assign the files to new created subfolder did take a while. Moreover, we need to create a spreadsheet that has the old file name, old file urls, new file name, move to which folder, and the new urls. Yes, for all the 350 pages. This is time consuming! Hopefully, we will get it done next week. After that, some student assistants will help to check every page to find broken links. Another race with time!
